4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms vary depending on the selected rate plan.

1. Reservations eligible for free cancellation must be cancelled within the specified cancellation period.
2. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges of one night's stay or the full reservation amount, depending on the applicable booking policy.
3. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and banking institution.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations in circumstances including, but not limited to:

1. Pricing or system errors
2. Suspected fraudulent transactions
3. Force majeure events
4. Violation of these Terms & Conditions

5. Check-in & Check-out

1. Standard Check-in Time: 1:00 PM
2. Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests are required to complete all registration formalities in accordance with hotel policies and applicable laws.

6. Guest Responsibilities
